Privacy at a glance: This policy explains how BemcolPay handles personal data when you join or use the BemcolPay pre-launch waitlist, receive waitlist communications, or interact with the waitlist website. Joining the waitlist does not create a BemcolPay payment account. We collect only the information needed to operate and secure the waitlist, communicate launch and access information, understand audience interest, and meet applicable legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the BemcolPay pre-launch waitlist and related waitlist communications. It does not yet replace the additional privacy notices that will apply to the full BemcolPay payment platform, hosted checkout, merchant and developer applications, mobile applications, KYC/KYB onboarding, payment processing, settlements, support, or other production services when those services become available.
BemcolPay follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, applicable requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), and other privacy or data-protection laws that apply to the relevant processing.
BemcolPay Ltd ("BemcolPay", "we", "us", or "our") operates the BemcolPay waitlist. BemcolPay is part of the Bekmos Company Limited (BEMCOL) ecosystem.
For the waitlist processing described in this Policy, BemcolPay is the data controller where it determines why and how personal data is processed. If a specific future service is provided by or jointly with another entity, bank, licensed financial institution, or partner, the relevant notice will identify the applicable controller or processing role.
